Designed to cook more than just pizza, the Forno is an oven for the food enthusiast. The Forno Series is a portable, dual-fuel oven that can be easily transported thanks to its stainless steel cart. Operating on an electronic ignition system, this oven can efficiently burn natural gas, propane, or wood (and you can burn gas and wood at the same time for maximum heat). The igloo-shaped oven has been used for thousands of years, embracing the three key methods of heating all in one place: conduction, convection, and radiant heat.
